Welcome to the Wellness Route Travelers community! We're thrilled you've decided to join our membership. Below are the terms and conditions governing your participation. Please read them carefully, as by enrolling and using the membership benefits, you agree to comply with them.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By acquaring or renewing your Wellness Route Travelers membership ("the Membership"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not purchase or use the Membership.

2. Membership Description

The Wellness Route Travelers Membership is a program that offers members exclusive discounts, special offers, premium content, events, and other benefits related to travel, wellness, and a healthy lifestyle, as specified in the purchased membership plan. Exact benefits may vary and are subject to change.

3. Eligibility

To be a Wellness Route Travelers member, you must be over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any membership at our discretion.

4. Membership Duration and Renewal

The Membership has a specific duration (e.g., annual, monthly) which will be indicated at the time of purchase.

• Automatic Renewal: Unless you cancel your membership, it will automatically renew at the end of each membership period, using your payment method on file. You will be notified in advance of any changes to the renewal fee.

• Cancellation of Renewal: You can cancel automatic renewal at any time through your user profile on our website or by contacting our support team. Canceling automatic renewal will not result in a refund for the current membership period.

5. Fees and Payments

• Fees: Membership fees will be clearly specified at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify Membership fees at any time, which will be notified to current members in advance.

• Payment Method: You agree to provide valid and up-to-date payment information. You authorize Wellness Route Travelers to charge Membership fees to your designated payment method.

• Taxes: All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be the member's responsibility.

6. Membership Use and Benefits

• Personal Use: The Membership and its benefits are for the member's personal and non-transferable use. You may not sell, transfer, license, or allow third parties to use your Membership or its benefits.

• Benefit Availability: Discounts, offers, and other benefits are subject to availability and the specific terms and conditions of each associated provider. Wellness Route Travelers is not responsible for the availability, quality, or provision of services or products offered by third parties.

• Restrictions: Some benefits may have usage restrictions, blackout dates, or require advance reservations. It is your responsibility to review the specific terms of each benefit.

• Member Conduct: By using the Membership benefits, you agree to act respectfully and lawfully. We reserve the right to revoke your Membership if we deem your conduct inappropriate, fraudulent, or in violation of these terms.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation by Member: You may cancel your Membership at any time. However, Membership fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or as specified in our refund policy (if any).

• Cancellation by Wellness Route Travelers: We reserve the right to cancel your Membership at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of cancellation by us without just cause, you may be issued a prorated refund for the remaining time of your Membership.

8. Limitation of Liability

Wellness Route Travelers will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Membership or its benefits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any cause will be limited to the amount paid for your Membership in the current period.

9. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website or by other means. Your continued use of the Membership after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws6 of Mexico. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mexico.
